  • Protective eyewear is provided to shield your eyes from the bright pulses of light emitted during the IPL treatment, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.

  • During the treatment, the IPL device delivers controlled pulses of light to targeted areas of the skin. You may feel a quick snapping sensation—often described as similar to a rubber band lightly snapping against the skin. The sensation is brief, and most clients find IPL treatments very tolerable, comparable to laser hair removal.

  • After your IPL photofacial, the skin may feel warm, mildly sunburned, or slightly swollen. These sensations are temporary and typically resolve within a few hours to a couple of days. Ice packs or cool compresses may be used to soothe the skin and minimize discomfort.

  • To support optimal healing and results:

    • Avoid heat for 48 hours, including saunas, hot tubs, and intense exercise

    • Refrain from swimming or pool use for a few days post-treatment
